NOTE:  BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE STUDENT'S NAME WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENT.  PAYPAL WILL ALLOW YOU TO ADD A NOTE TO YOUR PAYMENT, WHICH IS WHERE YOU CAN ENTER THE NAME OF THE STUDENT.
